Toyglobe St. Laurent Ripoff Fraudulent use of credit card Saint Laurent Quebec

Someone place an order with this company on 8/9/05 using my debit card number. Although I had my debit card on my person at the time, the number was stolen and sold (probably by a waiter or waitress). The company must not have checked to verify the card and the name and address of the card holder, because my debit card is registered with Visa, requiring that this security measure should be done. My bank authorized the purchase.

I caught the transaction on 8/10/05 and called my bank immediately. They have cancelled the debit card as of that date, and have initiated an investigation into this transaction. When I tried to contact Toyglobe, I found the only way was to write to their physical address. I cannot contact them any other way, because I don't have an order number (they provide a way to contact them only if you have an order number). I think this company should be investigated and closed down. They are obviously running a shoddy business that does not care about anything other than the money they can make.
