"John" seems to have some issues here! He is running a company in which ALL of the customers are wrong, ALL of them claim to be charged for merchandise that they never receive, ALL of them claim to never get responses from "John" or other company representatives ...

Rather than take a close look at his own business practices, perhaps making sure that his email system is working correctly and that his company records are accurate and up-to-date, "John" chooses to berate customers and continue ripping them off.

Hmmm... what a unique business concept! I am sure this will gain attention of customers everywhere. I give this business one month before it is either shut down by authorities, or shuts down on its own due to its own negligence.

Hello Brian. I have replied to both your messages (March 19, March 26) to the email you supplied "bstroud11521@charter.net". You have not replied back to me at all. You have received 3 messages to that address telling you that the item is sold out, and that your order is cancelled, and that your card has not been charged.

Furthermore the phone number you supplied (20534191483) is not valid. Why don't you try to get your act together before critizing us. We told you, sold out, no charges, etc.. You have supplied wrongfull information from the first day.
