On November 19th i ordered Cinema of Fear Series 1 Jason Voorhees Figure.

Within 2 days i canceled the order. Cause i got it from Ebay for cheaper price.

They took money from my mastercard. I receveid an answer from them showing:

Your order has been cancelled. We will refund your card this coming week.

For any further inquries please refill the form to ask another question. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

But now after i have send them two times an question about the refund i have always received an answer showing:

Dear Sindri S

Your email has been received, you will receive a response within 1-2 business day.

This is the email that we have received:
Hi there, This is the 3rd time i have contacted you about this order which i cancelled the november 22. Still I havent been refunded! and still i havent received any answer from you about this. Please contact me ASAP and Refund me! Thanks, Sindri.

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL ADDRESS.

Today is Desember the 14th and i havent been refunded or got any answer from an staff.

They are Thiefs! Beware!
