I brought a car from these people and was told that they would fix
1)a vibration in the car
2) Repair a large scratch
3) Fix a polsatating when the brakes applied.
The first trip
1) I was told that the mechanic could not find any problems
2) Needed to order part
3) I was told that the mechanic found that the calibers needed to be cut for the polsatating.

1) Problem still exist
2) OK no problem
3) Problem still exists. And was asked to take a ride with the mechanic which never happen.

2nd trip
1) I was told that the mechanic could not find any problems.
2) Part came in and needed to be painted asked if I could leave over night told them that I'll make another appointment about 4 days later
3) Mechanic cut back drums.

1) Problem still exist
2) OK no problem
3) Problem Fixed.

3rd trip
1) I was told that the mechanic could not find any problems.
2) Part has not been painted need to make another appointment
3) At this point the tempary plates are going to expire. Was told by sales that my plates should be in any day.

Received call from the sales person who sold me the car and said that the plates were in and to come in a pick them up. Since I was going to the service I told Toyota that I'd pick them up then.

4th trip.
1) I took the mechanic for a ride and he said yes he fells the vibration and that it's the way the car rides. I told him that I had a ford explore and that I had a much better ride then the Toyota. He then checked the back tries and found that there were 2 weights on one side and 2 more on the backside. He said that this was a bit much and he would balance the back tries.

2) Part came in and was painted will install it.
3) Went inside and told the salesman that I was here to pick up the plates. When upstairs and checked NO PLATES.

The sales man said that they should be here by end of day.

16:00 called Toyota and was told no plates. I informed them that the tempary plate has expired. I asked what I should do? Toyota said to drive the car and if I were to get stopped to send the ticket to them and they would pay for it. OK what about the ticket showing up on my record? Toyota said not worry it's does not carry points. SO still showes up on my driving record and insurance still looks at it.

I asked if they could give me a loaner. They said no

I couldn't believe that they told me to break the law like that. Haven't picked up the car yet will update later. And if you need your car fixed plan on taking it back 3 or 4 times to get it fixed. Or maybe not fixed @ all.
