Then we go there to get the car and do the deal and they say that they dont actually have the car in stock but they could order it. The guy "JIM" was rude as hell to my father on the phone and was talking down and disrespectful to my father "really dude my dad is successful you work at a car dealership" looser!!! I have bought 12 cars in my life, BMW's, Acuras' Fords, Hummers, and always was treated like a valued customer. Toyota Of Orlando is the worst place I have even been. "DAN" in the internet sales team and "John" are the biggest liars and con-artists in the dealership. My Dad knew they were just trying to get you over there to try to upsell us! and FLIM FLAM US!! What a rip off! We drove hours to this place to get a good deal but ended up with nothing but a few weeks of wasted time. The owner of Toyota Of Orlando should be ashamed! Your staff sucks and I will forever slam you crappy dealership every chance I get. I hope you see what happens when you treat good people doing a cash deal bad. DONT EVERY BUY FROM TOYOTA OF ORLANDO!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! WASTE YOUR TIME AND THEY SUCK! --REAL TALK!

You go to a dealer that is an hour and a half away from where you live, they piss you off and waste you time. So what do you do? You wait a few days, and go BACK AGAIN, FOR MORE. Did you REALLY expect it to be any different? Did you think they would have "seen the light" in a few days, and change their ways? If they're gonna be scum the first time, they're gonna do it again and again. If a dealer trys to screw you over or disrespects you, just get up and walk out. Bought two new cars in the last month and it is totally amazing the new attitudes many of the dealers have "found" in these tough times.
