Bought a 2010 matrix last week and had a bad experiance with double teaming and failing to explain $1000 of dealer service and delivery charges, electronic filing and official fees. Had to sign 15 different documents and it became chaotic before we got to take the car off the lot. Had to take it back and leave it to get cruise control installed. Charged $ 159 for floor mats.I think that $698.50 is over the top for dealer charges .

DO NOT go there without a legal rep. Signing their routine paperwork needs to be watched very carefully.
