Toyota of Riverside,CA lied to me!

Uncovering Toyota of Riverside's Dishonesty:

I leased a Toyota Tacoma in July 1998 from Toyota of Riverside. When I first got the vehicle they gave me a rate and payment that I could afford and then a couple of weeks later the Finance Guy called me into his office and said they had a problem with my credit.

He told me the first finance company didn't accept me. He told me I had to use another company and I had to give more down payment and higher monthly payment. I said I couldn't afford it but he told me I had no choice because I wanted my trade-in car back but they didn't have it any more. I got frustrated with
the guy and just took the deal. I didn't want any problems. The finance guy was rude to me.

I even talked with the finance manager but said he was sorry and there was nothing they could do. I was very upset. One year later, because of a payment I could not afford, I had to give the truck back to the finance company. And boy am I paying for it now!!

The collection company is making me pay for the deficiency of the reposessed truck. They are charging me $9,000.00 for the deficiency of the repo. The collection agency is making me pay $250.00 a month, which we cannot afford. Please help us take care of this problem because we cannot afford it and I think I was takin advantage of at Toyota of Riverside. I know it was some time ago but this debt is giving us a hard time.
