toys-sport.com - Toys-sport Ltd. Fraud LEGO Nike, adidas Shop never sends after payment! Beware!! Chonburi Internet

This person -he calls himself James Brand - although he is German, is running a scam website, offering goods like sport shoes and Lego on the internet.

I checked several sites to find out more and contacted every company with which they work together. I seems to be German - his German is fluent and his name is "James Brand", but that could be a fake name...

Anyway, I contacted Moneybookers in London UK to check on them and they said everything is O.K. and I can make the payment. Moneybookers -MB- also said, that in case that they wouldn't send the items I could cancel the deal.
The same day - JAN 8th - they transferred the money to an account in Thailand, saying that they would ship the LEGO Sets within 10 days. That would have been JAN 18th 2009

I contacted MB 3 days later asking for cancellation and guess what - they don't answer anymore! They deleted my order and cancelled all data, so that I can't even log in anymore.

All I got is their website www.toys-sport.com and all info on that site
and their bank account and address in Thailand. I know that they are based in Thailand, his email IP shows.. eg. 63.247.64.173 that came up to:

I couldn't get any info about the site itself but I got their address - unless it is fake too. But their bank account should be real:

Of course this guy never sent the paid goods. His Moneybookers account was blocks some weeks later, but MB refuses to pay me back the never and they are even keeping the fees they charged me for sending the money.
I know that he took all the other bank accounts off his website, except for the one in Thailand which his Girlfriend is running on her name.

Beware of this guy!
