TPMT Game Service Inc. Never even started leveling, don"t want to refund money. Internet

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Since my problems with other internet companies, i did contact them thru live chat first and asked them if they are able to do Arena rating 2050 in game world of warcraft. they told me that they are professionals and they can do it in 5 days. Should have see it - 5 days is not possible.

i was promised by them that they will start working on my order in few hours.

first day - nothing happened. Excuse - Blizzard is watching.
day two: again nothing. Excuse - our gay is not on MSN,cannot check order. Later that day - our backround is maintanaincing, cannot check your order.
day three: nothing - person responsible is not here.

By then i decided to start paypal dispute, they speak to me, but told me to contact live chat. I asked for refund, ive been told to give them another day. Again nothing.

Now im trying to get my money thru paypal. I will link my chat with them thru live chat.
