 Well the realtor we dealt with was excellent, the property management was a joke and a scam. We moved into a dirty house with all kinds of issues left it 10 times cleaner one and a half years later. They have tried to do whatever they can to scam us out of a deposit and collect even more. I was laid off and had to move out of state, we gave over 60 days notice knowing that we would be responsible for rent until they rented it out. They told me near the end no one had looked at it because they haven't listed it yet. WTF on top of that they actually rented it out a week after we left but still try to collect an additional months rent. They also tried to collect us for things like $50 to clean the grill it was clean and a whole lot cleaner than when we moved in. I even replace parts on it because they told me it was a luxury item and $80 to replace a $5 flapper in a toilet that was working just fine. $500 in bogus repair charges, $500 and bogus late fees and 1200 and $25 in additional rent even though they rented it out. They claim that we owed prior late charges that they never informed us of. It's a good thing we took plenty of pictures and documented everything sent rent check certified mail and kept receipts from cashiers checks or we would probably be out $2,200.
