Trac Phone / Walmart / Net 10 Refuse to activate phone purchased as birthday gift last year / Walmart refuses to rescan the phone recipt long thrown away Platteville wi Internet-

My fiancee purchased last Oct. for my birthday a Net 10 / Track phone from the Walmart in Plattevile wi  for 150% a Hauwie smart phone as i was ending my contract with US cell the following March. Well I tried in vein with tracphone support call center obviously in India to activate my new phone they say it was improperly scanned and to return to walmart to rescan the phone . Fine and dandy i went to walmart explained the ordeal and that it was a gift the origional pkg. was gone as was the recipt and I pointed to the shelf walmart is the only retailer in the area that sold that phone they refused to rescan the phone and got quite nasty with me i now refuse to shop there or any of there affiliates . This in my eyes is customer related theft that cost my Fiancee 150$ and me a ton of grief now left without a cell phone and will never use tracphone or net 10 again there service stinks and that is if you can even understand them .... Indian lol.
