I saw this when I googled Trace to get his phone number. Can people really just post fake stuff like this? I have worked with Trace and his old company Ipagio and don't believe for a second that the original poster's complaint is real.

My experience with Trace and that of the person that referred me to him has been nothing short of great. I actually laughed when I read the complaint, it's laughable from start to finish, especially considering that I just talked to Trace and in fact, the new company LeadPress just launched last week, some 8 months or so after this complaint was filed....

In any case, I would call Trace directly with any questions, I can honestly say his websites are better than any sites we used in the past, hands down. My vote would be to delete this complaint since the original complaint person doesn't even prove they're a customer... no link to a site, phone number or anything... that's not even fair....

Starting in December, somebody has started making complaints against me and my company LeadPress. One issue is that LeadPress hasn't launched yet! The company does not have any customers yet.

My company has been a client for Trace Richardson for over a year and we have found his services invaluable in growing our business. He has been responsive to our requests and the both the web/mail services have been reliable. As for him being the sole employee I have no idea, but I also have no problem using a smaller business as long as the service does not suffer and it hasn't. I am a small business and most of the companies that would need his services are as well. I am 100% sure he "hikes up the fee" and makes profit as the original poster stated......it's call BUSINESS. I don't write loans for free and I don't expect Ipagio to service our account and provide a product for free. I am curious what the motive is behind this complaint, my guess is someone has a personal issue with Trace or is a competitor trying to discredit his services. Either way, I could not disagree more with the comments.

I was also very unhappy with the existing mortgage website providers out there and so with virtually zero html, php or web design skills, I

Eight months later and with the help of some very talented designers and coders, I launched Ipagio.com. We have helped many mortgage brokers achieve a professional online presence and generate more mortgage leads than their previous websites were capable of. I am very proud of this fact!



Until this very "complaint", I have never had anybody write a negative online review of me, my services, or my products. EVER. I always give 110% and make sure my clients only have nice things to say about me by giving what it takes to make them happy.



The complaint says I am a "Defamitory (sic) Blogger":



This "complaint" has clearly been made as retribution for my blogging coverage Ben Behrouzi's companies: ePerks, DotNext and LeapFish. These companies engage in unfriendly business practices which I have covered extensively at my blog, BrokerScience.com. From voicemail threats of blackmail and an unsuccessful lawsuit against another blogger that covered Ben Behrouzi, BrokerScience has taken the lead in covering these companies that take consumers' hard earned money with little to nothing in return.



This complaint is similar to many that other bloggers covering Ben Behrouzi have endured. One blogger, had multiple fake anonymous blogs opened condemning his character and worse. Pretty ugly stuff!



As of this date, 12/30/08, LeadPress has not launched yet. That's right, LeadPress hasn't even launched, yet here is a complaint against it! This highlights the fact that this is simply a false complaint with one goal: defamation.
