Tracfone I ordered their 99.00 phone minutes and double for life on sale on web 49.99 got beat up phone double minutes but the 800 minutes i never got and they wont give them to me. i kept web page and rechecked I AM RIGHT!! Internet

I purchased off the web a tracfone bundle which included phone, 800 minutes, and double mins. for life of the phone, on sale over holidays for 49.99. I got beat up phone no signal, no minutes but i did get double minutes for the life of that phone.

When i contacted them they said oh yes we'll get that fixed sent me a email to go to their site and add codes to get my minutes. Which i did still no minutes....a week later i am still talking to them and all of a sudden they are telling me i dont get those minutes now it was a $139.99 bundle that has the 800 mins. Listen there were 5 picutes of phones on that page none were over 99.99!!!! and one big banner saying it was on sale. when i went to pay for it the next page also said i got 800 mins. with this phone. at this point i am emailing them and they still refuse to give me my minutes!!
