I cancelled Easy Exchange on 11/9/15 via phone to Tracfone.

On 11/22/15 they withdrew $19.95 from my checking account via debit card.

I have a no contract phone account with Tracfone.

They will not validate my cancellation via phone nor internet.

I was able to join Easy Exhange via internet.

I attempted to block the withdrawal from Bank of America

My bank informed me that my card being a Mastercard could not block the withdrawal.

I am left with less than $15.00 to live on at present.

I simply want my money returned.

Lois. Madison, NJ 07940
