Tracie Perry advertised herself as a USDA licensed transporter and broker/breeder, well known in the monkey community. I hired Tracie Perry to help me sell my capuchin monkey, we agreed that she would sell the monkey for $6,000 and pay me the full $6,000. She picked the monkey up from us in TX, brought the monkey to the new owners home in TN and Tracie Perry was paid in full by the new owner.

The next few days she kept coming up with excuses on why she couln't send me the money, on the 3rd day she ended up blocking my phone number and texts as well as my facebook so I had no way to get in contact with her. I have all the texts saved for proof. Months later I have found out that she wasn't USDA licensed and she has done this to others.
