Tracy Ballard - Success Credit Services Did not return calls or emails after taking my money Woodland Hills California

Tracy offered her company's services through a real estate seminar. She charged up to $4000. The next day, she called me personally to ask for $600 more to clear the "derogatories" in my credit report. (Wow, I thought - she calls clients herself!)
That was the last I heard from her. She did not respond to any of my messages or emails after that.
When I finally spoke to someone about 9 months later - they asked me for another $18 to run my credit report. They charged my credit card and I did not hear back. One month later I was told that the individual who took my credit card information no longer worked there. Another week later I get a letter in the mail stating that there might have been a security breach at their offices. When I finally spoke to someone two weeks later - they wanted another $18!!!!

This company is a joke! I'm still not sure what they did to my credit report, if any, to make it better. Maybe if someone actually returned my calls and emails I would know.
