tracy ballard / tracy ballard-straughn is a total ripoff. how can a business be there for over 15 years and not be registered with the state of california or bonded? she has stolen money from consumers to "DELETE ALL NEGATIVE REMARKS" in one year time.
by law you have 6 months to correct a report that may be questionable, and only pay or the services AFTER the work is done. You charge in the thousands to remove legit information. Your office operates out of a little office where no one personal information is locked, all access to the cleaning crew to run off with my information and thousand others.
your ex-employees did right by leaving, you don't have any connections that you claimed on stage or teleconference. Customer Service sucks. You pull a report, take our money and then send out letters on our behalf because you and only you have the connections needed to remove the negativ information.
your company is a wreck and ag, bbb, and other resources do not lie about complaints that you have, you do. Stop taking advantage of everyone to just satisfy your drug habits. You have no problem talking to clients about how many presciption drugs you take and all your trips to the hospitals for kidney stones or whatever the case may be. We do not pay for that.
two years and still the same items remain on my report. you need to be exposed to any other speaker that may want to put you on their stage.

What kind of idiots are you???? First of all why wouldn't she take money from people who have bad credit? If she didn't they could have her clean up their credit then tell her to screw off...!!! Also she had a large office and a bunch of ex employee's that stole money and screwed her at every turn...She was on Precription drugs for medical problems that you a*s wipes never worried about.... If your so worried about what she did why don't or didn't you put your name on the bad report you just posted? Because your a phoney and a jerk. She has a lot of enemies out there right now because she is down but she is not out..... She will be back and you a*s wipes will be wollering in your self pity..... Get a life
