I posted this on yelp a year ago and I thought I'd do a search if this man is still out there scamming people, turns out he now owns a webd esign company. From scamming dozens out of thousands of dollars selling teacup pigs to starting a web design company? Stay away from this man! Like I stated before in my yelp review, he was pleasent and professional to talk to but once he gets your money that's when the snake rears it's ugly head.

His scheme got so bad that plenty of people reported him to the cyber crime unit and even made a website warning others about him. Checkout http://teacuppigsforsalescamalert.com/

I've talked to many people he has scammed and they all had the same story, Tracy will lie and deceit you in anyway possible to get you to hand over the payment, once he gets it, it goes downhill from there.

The research many individuals has done on him has turned up that he isn't in the pig selling business at all, he's a professional internet marketer, which means he's able to rank any website high in the search engine and take advantage of it. Now he's in the web design businesss.

And if you go on google and search "Design by Sacramento Web Design Group", all his clients websites looks very poorly done compared to what he advertises on his portfolio. Pages aren't centered correctly, very messy, cluttered, and template like. Looks like hes taking advantage of this webdesign website just like he did with this teacup website.

You're better off paying $200-$300 for a domain name, hosting and a nice wordpress template than spending money on this con artist. Beware!

My story.

Long....long story short.  Bought a pig for my wife for our anniversary.  Everything seemed on the up and up with this guy.  Had Trust Guard verification.  Returned phone calls and emails, until he gets your money.  As of February I've heard nothing from him.  It's now June coming fast into July.  Does not hold to the "daily if need" part of his pitch on his website which he constantly updates with "New Pigs".  He has plenty of time to scam other people but not to take care of the ones he has actually done business with.
