Tracy Brown Tracy Nelson Defrauding Child Support Services for the past 15 years Atlanta Georgia

Tracy Brown Nelson of Atlanta/Marietta has been committing fraud against the state of Georgia and their Child Support Department for over 15 years. While receiving child support she also received government assistance of all types, collected federal student loan overages without reporting them to the state of Georgia, and continued to knowingly falsely report non payment of child support to have warrants initiated and carried out...only for law enforcement to do all that work and try to enforce said warrants and later on find out that all child support payments were current.

Then there is no recourse for the affected party or for loss of time or manpower for law enforcement officials. As well as the fact that Tracy Brown Nelson kicked two of her three children out of their home well before the legal age while they were still minors. During this time and for several years after Tracy Brown Nelson continued to collect government benefits (unreported to the state of Georgia Child Support Services) while also collecting Georgia state court ordered child support payments (unreported to Georgia DFCS).

Tracy Brown Nelson has and continues to work with children in either a childcare or school environment, under the guise that she has college degrees in her field that were also fraudulently obtained. I wouldn’t want anyone with that level of dishonesty, fraudulence and thieving tendencies teaching my children. I feel that current and future employers, and the state of Georgia should be aware of her fraudulent behavior.

She has victimized her children, their other parent, and the state of Georgia. There are so many people in our state and country that really and honestly do need the assistance and help. People who’s sole purpose is NOT to defraud and exploit the system and it’s services in every way shape or form.
