You know our justice system has failed us when this man, Tracy J Bernardo is still out there doing business when time after time, victim after victim has shown and exposed what this man is all about. Just type his name onto Google and you can follow his trail of deceit and destruction.
One of the links that show up when typing his name is a youtube video for one of his fiancial trading company called "Forexfacet.com", after typing that web address in Google I found out that he tried to sell that website on Flippa for 250-350k , claiming it was a top 10 forex website when today it isn't even top 200 on Google. What a scam artist, and read what he wrote below on the comment section when he was bombarded with questions.
"Alexa is a joke. Please dont comment to criticize or I will delete your comments. This is an auction to sell a Top 10 Forex Trading site. not a make money in 5 minutes portal for $100. Your apparently in the wrong auction. the BIN is 250k, but the starting bid is 1/10th that. We cannot give outside certain information that can jeopardize current or future adverstising. If you don't have 25k to even make a starting bid - then move on please."
Do you see his patterns? When someone speaks out on him he gets defensive and starts deleting comments, now if you were a client of his, he would start to stalk and harass you in anyway possible because he has your information such as home address, cell number, email address...ect
He has also tried to sell his teacup pigs scam website on flippa as well if you search it up along with false revenues.
Recently he has accused an honest hard working English teacher of child molestation after she revealed and exposed the truth about Tracy J Bernardo and what kind of man he was, just sheer evil, no guilt nor remorse, ruthless and outright ugly.
A lesson learned, watch who you do business with online, always make sure to do your research so you won't fall into a victim.

This is what happens when you deal with a lunatic, they thrive on making life miserable for others while they benefit and leech what they can. He's able to con so many people because people in general are good, they believe in the good of others and this man has master the art of bullshit. He'll talk to you very kindly with confident and gain your trust, once he has your money thats when its fair game to him, speak out on him? He'll call your employers and tell them that you're a child molestor. This is the kind of monster you'll be dealing with if you do business with this man.
Run the hell away from this good for nothing conman. Purely disgusting human being.

Once you give Tracy Bernardo your money he no longer pick up phone calls, reply back to emails....ect He is a con-artist, people need to realize this and stop doing business with him, he has never had a real positive feedback from any legit client of his because they do not exist, he has ripped off every client he has ever done business with.
Now imagine if someone spent 250k+ on that website he tried to sell, a website that isn't even worth a dollar today, that's the kind of con-artist he is, jumping from one scam to the next hoping to hit that big payday.
