Tracy Pirro, Tra-Deb Reporting took $15,000 in cash withdrawals out of a business we owned jointly, mistreated and ripped off Medford New York

refuses to pay me an additional $15,000 for work I performed as a stenographer

Mrs Pirro removed cash from a business we started together 4 years ago to pay her personal debts; refuses to account for the money and in addition, owes me $15,000 for work I performed as a court stenographer as well as has possession of a software program that I own personally, not through the business. In addition, while operating the business was paying her personal intenet fees out of the business account; thereby I paid over $400 for her aol access; she also mismanaged money causing the business to incur an average of $150 per year in bounced check charges per year for 3 1/2 years.

The moneys she reported to the IRS for income on 1099s as well as gross business income are incorrect and I'm afraid to report it since I was a legal partner in the business; although she was the managing partner.

She refuses to negotiate with me or through attorneys. Instead of negotiating and trying to resolve this dispute, I have had my tires flattened, false police reports filed against me and have been harrassed by her by her having business people call me regarding issues of the business that I'm no longer a part of and the only thing I can do professionally is to contact her directly and tell her to handle the situation since she has the files; not me.

She is now driving around in a new car and is using what should be my income for her personal expenses; in addition, she and her husband have provided their 15 year old daugher without a license with a car which she is driving illegally; husband is on worker's comp for 15 months and there is no reason he can't return to work; they prefer living off our tax dollars.
