Tracy Williams Paid $15,000 to start a Trucking Business and got nothing in return Atlanta Georgia

 On February 10, 2015, I contacted Optimum Transport Network in regards to an ad on Craigslist.org in regards to starting a trucking company.  Mr. Tracy Williams answered by request.  I talked to Mr. Williams by phone several times. The ad stated a trucking company could be started for $45,000 and the company, Optimum Transport Network would obtain the necessary permits, paperwork, trucks/trailers.  Three trucks/trailers and three drivers.  Talking to Mr. Williams I asked if it was possible to start with one truck/trailer and one driver.  Mr. Williams advised me that it was possible and the cost would be $15,000. 

On March 31, 2015 I wired Mr. Williams; Optimum Transport Network the funds from Wells Fargo Bank.  Over the next 4 months it would be diffcult to contact Mr. Williams to get an update on the progress of the permits and paperwork.  When I was able to contact Mr. Williams there was always some excuse that he was still waiting for the paperwork and /or permits from the government. 

In August I advised Mr. Williams that I was tired of waiting and requested a refund.  Mr. Williams stated that it would be a month before the refund could be issued.  It was agreed that on Sept. 25, 2015 a refund would be issued.  I talked to Mr. Williams on Sept. 17, 2015 and at that time he advised a refund would be issued on the 25th of Sept.

Since the 25th of Sept. no refund has been issued.  I have been unable to contact Mr. Williams by phone or email.  I have called several times and left messages and have also sent several emails with no response. 

I have also come in contact with five additional persons that have also been scammed by Mr. Williams, some as much as $55,000.

I am looking into filing charges and also filing a civil suit in an attempt to obtain some of my money.
