Www.trademycell.com I sent in 3 Blackberry's, they sent no money in return! Phildelphia Pennsylvania

TradeMyCell.com claims that upon receipt of your phones they will send a check with in 15 days. It has been jsut shy of 4 months and I still do not have my money!
I started getting worried 2 days after they received the 3 Blackberry's I sent them... According to FedEx they were delivered but on the website my order status still said they were waiting on the phones. I began to email, with no reply. I couldn't call as there was no number on the website, so I began to do some research. I found the owner of the company's, Joe Mahoney email address; so I shot him an email. He replied very quickly, said he wasn't in that office but would look into things and my check would be out wtih in the next week. I thanked him and waited for the check. A week went by, still no check. I emailed him again, this time he didn't reply. I continued to email him as well as the company repeatidly for weeks. Finally Joe responded and micariously a phone number appeared on their website, however when you call it it goes straight to Voice Mail. Joe said he was sorry and the check woud be cut the next day. Again I watied another week... No check. I started emailing agan adn did not receive a reply throughout the month of November. Then out of the blue on December 10 I got an email from the company's "customer service" asking if I wanted to complete my order. I replied yes, you have had my phones for 2 moths send me my money. I was told I would have the check te next week. And here it is January 28, 2008 and I still have NO check! LONG after their 15 day guarantee! Bottom line DO NOT send them any phones they take your phones and send you nothing in return!

P.S. 2 out of the 3 phones were never even used, I just couldn't return them to AT&T b/c it was past the 30 days. So the reason for the "no check" can not be that the phones did not match their liking!
