I opened an account with this company and attempted to set up a partnership with them.  Most of the money I sent was transferred by wire.  The deal went south; however I had some good profits.  I tried to get a small amount and was denied based on a "change" in the TOService after they had my money.  NOw I have $73,000 in that account and they will not even talk to me and refuse all requests to withdrawal even my initial investment.  The person that acted as the rep is Tim Vanderbuilt. 

He seemed a decent sort, but I am afraid he works for a company that screws people and may have no choice.  This was all done by the "accounting department".  They will no longer trade my account (managed) and they will not pay me unless I trade for a year, catch 22.  So, they have my money and they make it impossible to get it or any portion thereof.  So, basically they stole my original investment, my proceeds from trading, and keep asking me for credit card numbers, ridiculous, I provided them with everything at the time the account was opened.  These people are not just a scam, they are criminals.
