Traeger Grills is a scam,  I purchased a grill from them in June 2015.  UPS was unable to deliver this grill as they needed a signature and I was unavailable for delivery.  I tried to reroute to a different address and UPS nor Traeger would accommodate my requests.  Traeger eventually cancelled the order but never refunded my credit card and continue to apply charges.  I never signed for ANY grill delivered by UPS.  They even lied to American Express, telling them I didn't follow the return process properly.  I have a tracking number that clearly states it was NEVER delivered and rerouted back to them.  I have since purchased a (((competitor's name redacted))), they have exceptional customer service and an awesome product.  Always remember, you get what you pay for!
