I was invited to a webinar by Blake Mathews of commission-cash-code fame to view a presentation of a new software product called Traffic Amplifier.  The presentation was almost 2 hours long and promoted the software's ability to leverage You Tube as a means to promote websites. The presentation indicated guaranteed results and both email and
telephone support.  I was impressed with the presentation and decided that if it worked as advertised, it was worth the $997 asking price.  I made the purchase.

The software is supposed to create 2 different types of projects, media hijacker projects and medis monetizer
projects.  I attempted a money monetizer project exactly as presented on the training video and was unable to create the correct result.  So, I contacted tech support the only way one can contact tech support via Skype messenger.  Tech support told me there were a few things that were necessary that were not in the training video.  After a few days with
tech support, I created a working project and website.  The software searches You Tube videos automatically and presents results in the project.

Going on to a media hijacker project, again I had to spend a great deal of time with tech support because the training videos were deficient.  After I had the project and website completed I applied for a Google adsense account.  Google responded that my application was rejected because the website didn't have enough content.

I went back and looked at the webinar as well as the training videos and the presentations indicated that the program created content.  When I contacted tech support about the problem, they admitted that the software did not provide content and that the developer was working on the problem.

I requested a refund since the software was deficient.  In the interim, I discovered that You Tube was now requiring
a Captcha be filled out before access because of the excess traffic from my IP address.  Therefore, the software could no longer access You Tube.

I have been trying to get a refund since mid July with various sorts of runaround.  I've been told my money has been refunded when it was not.  I've even contacted SWREG who processed my payment.  They wrote a letter to Traffic Amplifier  with no response to date.

I have no option but to call this FRAUD.  Supplying a known defective product is just plain wrong.
