Traffic Geyser Traffic Geyser support to a new user is non-existent. No answer to support cases or any kind of help San Diego, California

I would gladly take this report down if I can just get my support questions answered by someone at Traffic Geyser. I actually WANT to use the program and I am happy to pay for it. But how can you take someone's money for a trial program and pretty much not give them any support? Isn't the idea of a trial to prove your software works and to convince me to stay for the long-term? It has been over 4 days since I signed up and submitted my first support question. Still NO response. Amazing!
