On 7/5/08 I signed up for their 30 guaranteed sign ups for $79. Their guarantee states that "if they do not provide one sign up with three days the money is 100% refundable". On 7/9 there were no sign ups in the stats link they provided. I email as to what was going on with my order. No response.

On 7/13 I emailed again to get an update as to why there were no sign ups to my program. No response. On 7/15 I received 12 sign ups at the rate of 1-3 every few minutes starting at 7:20am and ending at 7:47am.

11 of the 12 sign ups listed incorrect zip codes for the states entered into the form. 4 of the 12 entered a state code that does not exist for US cities, ie AA by two different people, FM, and AP. Emails to the addresses they provide were returned. Several of the street address entered did not exist when doing a search by city and state. You see the pattern here. All the entries were fraudulent.

I contacted the company by email on 7/16 and to date I have received no response for my request for a refund. I contacted PayPal and reported these same facts and requested there help in receiving a refund. As of today, 7/18 they have not responded to my claim filed with PayPal. I have asked PayPal to stop processing orders from this company to protect others from becoming victims of this scam. Beware of doing business with Trafficexcess.com or their subsidiary at the same physical address and using the URL iTotalFind.com

The client did in fact receive the 1st signup within 3 Business Days of the campaign starting as stated on TrafficExcess and the client did receive at least 1 sale from the campaign.
The sale was $249, thus netting the client $249 - $79 = $170.

Because of the number of campaigns we advertise, clients receive signups when their campaign is on the top spot of the rotation, so they will receive more signups within a shorter amount of time as shown in the demo: http://www.myonlinestats.com/demos/tegsudemo.html

We've been in business for over 9 years, and have many testimonials that can be seen here: http://www.trafficexcess.com/Testimonials.html

Below is a copy of the guarantee from their own web site. You tell me if they are living up to their guarantee based on the facts I have listed below their guarantee.

________
OUR GUARANTEE
If you do not have at least one sign up within 3 business days of the start of your campaign, we will refund 100% of your money. (The start of your campaign is when your login information is sent to you).
_____

Your email says my account was opened on 7/7/08. The first sign up did not happen until 7/15. That's eight days. Far outside the three day guarantee. I request a complete refund of $79.00.

Explain why this "guarantee" does not apply to my order

The company responded to PayPal but not me. They still claim these phony sign ups are real. I have a list of all the names, addresses, zip codes and phone numbers. Nothing is correct and all the data entered by the "so called" sign ups is made up information when I check each entry.

PayPal says there is nothing they will do to help me receive a refund other than they will keep my complaint on file. If others complain, they may do something to stop this fraud, but as now, they will do nothing.

Do NOT spend any money with trafficexcess.com or iTotalFind.com. They are one in the same.
