trailer worx / cm gangways yes they scammed me also.65% down was 4000.00 . a year plus later they agreed to make payments but that was just part of the scam to waste more of my time. pheonix Arizona

in december 2011 while jim and justin were still in old shop (721 n monterey, gilbert az) i was told to hurry and send my 65% deposite to get my project started ahead of a busy projected future for them. i rush shipped them 4000.00 dollars and a drawing of my enclosed trailer.  jim told me 4 to 5 weeks to build if we start soon. then the games began as the excuses rolled in and they offer different wheel ideas, ect. and say yes we can do that.          

one year later i asked jim in december 2012 if he can commit to one more year for my project, as he was always angry if you ask when, so he then agreed to pay 50 per week and will not build my project because he will not do encolsed trailers any more.  this is all part of the scam as they get thier interest free loans from poeple and are very cocky and know(think) they can outsmart the law. they have since had an attorney( timothy ducar) tducar@azlawyers.com write up a payback agreement to send me 300.00 dollars a month . .

i did receive 3 payments of 300.00 very late according to thier agreement. payments as of march have stopped and i was lied to many times saying check is in mail. the book keeper for them said she was told not to send. jim told me in text to go f**k myself. and thinks i owe him money for asking him to give my money back. these are true scammers and all the ather complaints match thier mo perfectly.

anything nice you see in writting is in ring leader jim tatlers words, anybody who deals with this broken record will verify.  i just want my money back . he will call you a cry baby and make noises in the back ground when you ask his assistant justin jeffers on the phone.  now they wont answer to even lie to me about getting a payment..  they say see you in court , i do not believe they will show up.  they say god bless alot. i do not believe they are good poeple . but if some reason these crooks decide to give my money back i will eat these words ..  

ok wait for jim to reply to this with insults about how all these dead beat customers keep changing thier mind and calling me and stop production of any work , bla bla bla.  just stop lieing to your self jim. pay me and others back and stop selling false promisses. or is this business set up in justin jeffers name? so he goes to jail and you start again.
