Trailers Plus Houston Sold us poor quality merchandise that could not pass inspection Houston Nationwide

Extremely disappointing experience:

• Bought the trailer for $1000 more than other similar ones we had seen because it was supposed to be superior quality and had better features. The trailer was manufactured by Interstate Trailers and Trailers Plus dealership stands by the quality of their products.
• 2 weeks later we take the trailer to get the inspections sticker ourselves as Trailers Plus does not inspect their own trailers.
• The inspection failed because a light was not functioning and we discovered a large leak inside right nect to the sign on the trailer that literally says "Our trailers do not leak PERIOD". We have pictures to prove this. So ironic we cannot make this up.
• We called Trailers Plus to get it fixed as we had barely had the trailer 2 weeks and it had never been used or moved from the spot where we parked it. We were told that we would have to make an appointment to get the trailer looked at but the soonest they could was over a week out and that we would have to take the trailer to them.
• We own a small but very busy business and time is money. It would not just cost us time but we would have to pull an employee from their job to take the trailer to them (about an hour each way). We are simply going to have to fix the trailer on our own.
• Trailers Plus has poor and uncooperative customer service and their trailers are obviously of inferior and shoddy quality. It is also very questionable why they would not have their own merchandize inspected before sellit it to their customers.

We would not recommend to anyone in the market for a trailer. Buyer BEWARE!!!
