I was informed they were providing internet key words that would drive business to my Web Site and my Phone directly. For a month of Keywords in the 8 towns in the greater Boston Area, I got NOT 1(one) lead attributed to their service. The Attempted to Charge my Credit Card a 3rd time after I clearly requested that they close my account and they confirmed they would and that my credit card would not be charged again.

The said they would be sending what they determined "I Owed Them" for the third month of service (after I had cancelled my account after the 1st) month of service, and they had already charged my account for the 2nd month of service.

Pleas take the time to check out there reviews on Yelp and RipOff Report. 
And note that the only positive reviews on their FaceBook Page is by there own employees ?!?! Seems they are using their employees to manipulate the reviews of the consumers they have Manipulated and Deceived there sales and marketing pitch. Furthermore their "Customer Service" (I would say "Company Retention" employees) are interested and focused on ONE outcome... how to manipulate the conversation so that they will not cancel your Account.

I find this company is of the family of companies that are trolls and gleaners for deceptive, unethical and manipulative practices.

I will be reporting them to the Better Business of Oregon and Portland. I will also be contacting the Oregon Attorney Generals Office to report to them of my experience. I encourage any other consumers who have been subject to 
Trailheads deceptive manipulative service to buy there products and have to little or no results and have been charged a considerable amount your hard earned money report them to the appropriate Authorities and Portland Better Business Bureau.
