Trainn/Transcendent Innovations, Inc. Trainn.org, Trainn After I completed my offer and referral requirements, they closed my account saying I violated Terms & Conditions. Brooklyn, New York

I recently completed my offer and referral requirements for one of Transcendent Innovation, Inc.'s websites called YourNintendoWii4Free. I gathered 5 referrals to sign up and complete an offer and I completed my own offer which cost me $25. I submitted my account for approval and about 3 days later, I log in to my account to find that it has been closed because I have "violated their Terms & Conditions", a pathetic and lazy generic statement put together, I feel, to dump you from their site so they can reap all the advertisers' money that you helped them gain. In return, I get nothing! I am 110% positive that I have not done anything that violates their Terms & Conditions and emailed them asking for the exact reason why they closed my account. It's been way beyond the stated 2 business day period for them to give me a reply and I have not heard anything from them!

I don't know how this company could say that I violated T&S. In the past I completed their YourFreeiPhone site without any problems and received my $580. After that I had complete faith in this company and even told all my friends and family members about how "legitimate" they are. But now I see what they are really operating.. a scam! My feeling is that they will honor your completion the first time so you feel safe and after you have referred many users to their site, they will say "thanks!" and then dump you and you won't be heard from again.

I am severely pi**ed off with this scam of a company. I am not going to give up until they reward me with my $250 that I have rightfully earned. I already filed a report with the Better Business Bureau because I am not going to wait around any longer for them to email me back.
