After joining trainpetdog.com, I found under FAQ that the U$37 membership is billeable every month and not a one time fee! I immediately try to cancel my subscription and found out what a ripoff this site is. The link to cancel doesn't work. The numerous emails I sent to the customer service dept. were never answered. The phone number showing does not work either!

While searching the site for a solution, I stumbled on an other way to cancel. There was an address in LA to write to. I also try the phone number showing and, of course, it didn't work either. I did a reverse search on the address provided and spoke to someone in the mail room of that building and he confirm that the suite number does not exist and no company under that name or dealing with animals is a tenant in the building.

I finally contacted Visa Customer Service and they put a note on my account to make sure no more charges would go through. Luckily, I paid for one month only even though on the website it says that the first month is "free"!
