Tranquility Travel has scammed me. I signed up over a year ago under the premise that they would be able to save me money on hotel bookings. They promised me certain rates at certain hotels and showed me on their website the savings I could expect. I crunched the math, and it made sense, I would save more than enough each year in my extensvie business travels to pay for my $3000 membership fee and $300 annual fee. Within hours of leaving the presentation I grew leary of what I had done. I was on their website and simply could not attain the same prices that I had been shown. I called their 800 number, and no one answered.

 I called back the next day, finally talked to a person, and was told that I would have to wait until the following week until my membership account had been uploaded into the system and I would then start realizing the savings. Knowing that my contract had a 3 day cancellation period, I expressed how I couldn't wait beyond the 3 day period to be convinced that the product was genuine. They told me not to worry, that the cancellation period would be extended 3 days after my account was up and running. My account finally was uploaded into their system, and I immediately found that nothing i was told in the presentation was true. Their best rates were actually more than I could book on-line through any hotel booking search engine. I called to cancel and was told that the 3 days had expired, and that I could not. My complaints were passed along, up the line, and I have never seen a penny of my membership fee returned. I was told to wait for a variety of reasons: "processing times," "account uploading" "complaint department response" blah, blah blah.

Never use these people!! They are absolute rip-offs!!!
