Trans Am Trucking, Chris - head of operations Lied about pay, runs and couldn't tell the truth if they wanted to Olathe Kansas

I worked for this stupid company for a month before I saw the writing on the wall and left. Chris who is head of operations is a complate idiot and a jackass. He does nothing but sit in his office like he's God or something. If you need help with anything you can forget about talking to this moron cause he won't help you with anything. He will cut you down and talk s** to you instwad. Orentation was a joke cause the guy that is head of Orentation doesn't have any idea what he's talking about when it comes to truck driving or how to operate your truck at all. During Orentation at the hotel room and during breaks I had students lurning to me for correct DOT information when it came to them being safe OTR drivers. I out smarted the head of Orentation not once but 10 different times and corrected him about DOT regulations over 16 different times. If that doesn't tell you how stupid that guy is I don't know what to tell you. 

Dispatch and planners.. these guys don't have a clue what's going on in the REAL WORLD and live in a fantasy land and not in reality. The planners don't care if you want to go home or not and if you need to go home for any reason they will make sure that you get a load going the opposite way so you can not go home at all. Driver pay..... if you a free a lease operator like I was, you can forget about making anything over $400 and that's if your lucky. Their walk away lease is a complete lie all the way around. The payments are bullshit and the truck isn't even worth what you pay for it. Understand whay im telking you students or experenced drivers. DO NOT lusten to the lies that Recruting tells you about yhe company and f you do decide to go to Trans Am to drive for them, go at your own risk. Don't say I didn't try to warn you.
