Cort Randell started out as an engineer with General Electric and ITT when he graduated from the University of Virginia with an engineering degree. He worked on the Seawolf nuclear submarine and the Ballistic Missile Early Warning Projects with GE and the Strategic Air Command (SAC) Worldwide Communications System at Offit Air Force Base at Omaha Nebraska with ITT.
