Looking for financial support for a small business, Trans Financial Solutions LLC responmded and offered a loan. Stating that the comany was seeking accredidation with the BBB, I went through the application process. I was subsequently told that I qualified, but then reliable comunications ceased, calls were not returned, messages received were vague, and follow-up assured but never occurred. Eventually I filed a complaint with BBB-Chicago, who asked Trans Financial Solutions LLC to respond. They said that I had failed to complete the process. I asked through BBB what remained, or for a contact person. After three months on no response, BBB has stoped the case for lack of response.
This company is either incompetent, or unreliable.
