Trans Global Auto Logistics Inc. Stole, No Customer Service Texas

Hello,

we got our 99 honda civic shipped from Baltimore MD to Aviano ITALY(ober Bremerhaven GERMANY) through Trans Global Auto Logistics Inc and we had the most bad experience a car owner could have.

Our car should've arrived Monday - May 6th 2013 but as we called the company they told us they dont know anything about a 99 honda civic - this went on for 5 days straight. Nobody knew anything about our car nor where its at. On day 6 of calling the company they finally told us that our car is still in Bremerhaven and that the truckdriver who was supposed to pick up our car wont respond to any of their calls (?) - of course i complained because nobody thought it would be important to let us know that our car was still in Germany nor to take care that a other truckdriver pickes it up and brings it to us. 

Ok two days after that call i finally got a email from TANJA GARCIA our contact person that our car got picked up and will arrive Monday the 13th of May 2013 - of course this didn't happened - it arrived Tuesday the 14th of May but whatever!!!

As we got the call that our car is finally here in Aviano we went straight to the company just to see that everything was stolen out of our car. They stole one bottle of antifreeze, 2 gerbers, they ripped open a brand new emergency kit what was still sealed and stole the air pump - the vest and the triangle out of it, they even stole the air fresheners but left the wrapping papers on the seats. At the moment as we saw that everything was missing we told the guy from customer clearance who was next to us as we opened the car for the first time since we dropped it off in Baltimore MD that stuff was stolen - but his reaction just showed us that this was not the first time - because he just said OK I CANT DO ANYTHING - YOU HAVE TO CALL THE COMPANY IN GERMANY. 

Well we just moved a few days ago into our house and had no phone so we decided to email our Contact person (Tanja Garcia). I wrote her that everything was missing and that we are totally disappointed etc but i guess she decided that her job is done since we got our car because she did not even respond to my email. 

After 3 days paperwork we finally could pick up our car and brought it straight to inspection and saw that our Type R front lip was cracked and these idiots tried to glue it down with superglue and black tape. Of course we did not see that at the customer clearance because our car was parked with the cracked side of the lip to a bush so it was not possible for us to see that before my husband signed the papers that there was no damage on the car that we could finally take it with us. 

I would not recommend this Shipping Company to anybody nor ship any of our cars again with them. 

This was a one time experience!!! Never again.
