Trans Power Factory, c.e.o. Ed Lucas sold me $1125. auto transmision that don't work an now won't take my calls to try to replace it or refund my money with shipping Indian Town Florida

an may 18 th i ordered and paid for online a new rebuilt transmision for my 1995 mitsuibshi galant item # fa 423-2 41125.00 pluss $150.68 for shipping. on june 15 /07 it arived much later than the ten days pluss shipping time i was told it would.
i installed it and waited 10 days for the syn.trans fluid they said they would ship with it [one case 12 qts.] and a trans temp.gauge they aid they would install the sending unit int the pan and include the gaugewith the case of oil.they never did the install , as i found out when trans arrived without it being instaled in the pan.
after there saying oil an gague was shipped separetly and 10 days and it didn't show up , i went out and bought a case of amsoil syn, and went ahead with the start uo procdure on the new transmission.
all went well untill the road test , it didn't shift at all its runing in "safe mode" or " limp mode " as ed lucass told me by phone.
he told me a bunch of things to check out and i did with no improvement.
he said it might be the "t.c.m.] [transmision control module and told me were it was located and i removed it so he could have the numbers off from it . he told me he would send ont to me "express mail"
after 3 days i tryied calling him and all i get is his answering machine . i called 3 phone numbers ,even his cell # that he said he could be gotten hold of 24-7. i even called his local # at my expense but that only worked one time and he tols me he would check with the post office and to call him back in an hour. i did but couldn't get hold of him.
now all 3 numbers go directly to answering machine were they say he will get back to you as soon as possible.
all i want is what he said i would get or have him replace my cost for transmison, oil and shipping , gauge that he said he would install and didn't
