Trans World Entertainment FYE ordered 3 DVDs online using debit card, shipment confirmed; not recv'd in local FYE; no refund alwd Internet

On 11/24/2011 I placed an internet order for 3 DVDs:  The Hangover, Part II; August Rush (Blu-Ray;) and Celtic Thunder-Storm.  Total cost debited to my card was $48.73. I shipped to my local FYE outlet at the Edison Mall, Ft Myers, because I have a PO Box as a mailing address and they do not deliver to a PO Box.  

On 11/27/2011 I received an email confirmation of shipment from FYE for two of the DVD's; August Rush and Celtic Thunder-Storm.  The next day, 11/28/2011, I took the order shipment confirmation to the outlet and was advised they had not received the delivery yet.

I waited another week and contacted "Doug" at the FYE outlet again; still not received.  

I then received an email from FYE for the final DVD confirmation of shipment on 12/7/2011 for The Hangover, Part II and called the FYE outlet to confirm delivery of all of the DVDs.  I was again advised that none of the DVDs had been received.

I verified shipment through FYE Corporate and called the local FYE store today 12/21/2011 and was again advised no order had been received.  I asked "Doug" if they had all 3 DVDs in the store and he said they did, but the August Rush was not Blu-Ray.   I told him I would take them in standard DVDs but he said he would not provide the DVDs to me unless I was to pay for them at that time.  

I told Doug I had already verified two bank debits:  The first one on 11/29 for $29.66 for August Rush and Celtic Thunder and the second one on 12/9 for $19.07 for The Hangover-Part II. He said I had to take that issue up with the Corporate office.  Corporate has already confirmed shipment.  

My bank has paid FYE for all 3 DVDs and the store refuses to give them to me; even when I was willing to accept a non Blu-Ray, that I paid for.  These were to be Christmas presents and 4 days before I have to deliver the gifts I don't have them and I'm not willing to pay for them again.
