We would like to suggest to people to look else where for Merchant Processing. Bank of America and Transarmour Solution will nickel and dime you to death. In addition even if you attempt to cancel the Transarmour Solution they will continue to bill you.
We closed our Bank of America processing and went to another processer. Two months prior we called, received a confirmation number and cancelled the Transarmour Solution and yet they continue to bill us and withdraw the money from our account. When we call in there is always an excuse and now because our merchant account has been closed they simply do not know how to refund the money they took because the account is closed. What a rip off. It seems they do not know how to issue a refund check. Do not get trapped into the Bank of America program, do not trust their confirmation numbers, do not trust customer service and DO NOT allow them access to your bank account.
Please look to Chase, Paypal or even Square. Stay clear of Bank of America and Transamour Solution.
