Transauto Logistics Corp AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY THREATENED TO DUMP MY CAR! Diamond Bar, California

This was worse than I had imagined it could have been. My friend is currently deployed, and I am helping take care of her mom while she is away.   Recently, my friends mom told me that she was getting her car shipped out to Cali with this company called TransAuto. 

Well the car got there a lot later than they said it would.  I kinda figured that might happen, so whatever.  Well, for some reason, instead of calling her at some decent time of the day they started calling her late at night.  Not only that, but the person from TransAuto was bullying her about when the car had to be dropped off. 

This irritated me.  So, when my  friends mom told me about this I called one of the two
numbers that had called her phone. Like I said, I was irritated, but I was calm.  I wasnt gonna jump down the guys throat.  I just wanted to figure out what was going on, and clear up some miscommunication.  The driver had been very unclear.

So long story short, I called the guy.  He picked up.  I started to ask him about the situation.  He got hot and started yelling about how it was late and how I had woke him up.  How he was the owner of the company.  How he didnt talk to my friends mom, he just left a message it must have been someone else from his company (the company he owns).  How he didnt appreciate being accused.  How I better call him back in the morning and apologize to him or he would have my car dropped of in some random parking lot.  Then he hung up.

I was confused. I wasnt trying to fight the guy. I knew it was late there, but someone from TransAuto had just finished calling my friend's mom and waking her up. Was I so crazy for thinking that they might be still up? 

Am I crazy now for thinking that the owner of the company might know why his employees are calling my friends mom late at night?

Just wanted to warn anyone who might be thinking about using TransAuto.  If you use these guys,
you better be ready to answer their calls 24/7.  You better be available for them to drop off your car whenever they want.  If you call them about some customer service issues, just be prepared for them to threaten to drop your car off in the middle of nowhere.

 -or you could just skip the madness and choose another company.
