I filled out a merchant application with Transcendent One. I was told I was considered a "hard to place" account and my fees would be higher. I was told there was no contract term and that I could cancel at anytime.
After my first month of processing I learned that 20% of my money was being held by this company. I was never informed that any money would be held. I called several times to get information on the hold and find out when I would get my money back. I left messages for Ron Hill, and Virgle Lapitan (i am not sure that this is how he spells his name).
I never received any calls back. I than called to cancel my account and was told I had a cancellation fee.
I have since spoke to other banks and moved my processing. My fees were not higher and i did not have any money held. Transcendent One clearly has no clue what they are talking about. They just take peoples money, lie to them, and than disappear.
Steer clear of this company and their deceptive practices.
