Transco Lines Inc, TLI Horrible Employer Internet

 While working for TLI, we ran into another TLI driver who had been with them for 10 years.  He told us since they had been bought by another company in 2012 the company had changed, for the worse.  He also said if things didn't improve he would be looking elsewhere for a job.

 I totally understand.  We were hired as a hazmat team, but mostly used to rescue load the dispatchers gave to people who could not run them.  Please keep in mind they use electronic logs, so the dispatchers should have known the driver did not have the hours!

 We NEVER got even 5000 miles a week.  As a team with numerous years of safe driving experience, the mnimum we should have gotten was 5000!  And layover....let's just say we got it, but it did not pay near what driving would have paid.

 We did not have to unload the trailer, but we did have to sit for hours while it was unloaded.  Another waste of a team!

 Other drivers dropped trailers with flat tires and lights that did not work, so we sat while that was taken care of.

 And we could NOT get anyone to call us back when we had problems.
