Transcontinental Talent stole $995 out of my account, I called to get it back they said it was non-refundable Orlando Florida

This company said they needed my account number to hold my place for a modeling convention. I was under the impression that they would send papers for me to fill out and return with a signature verifying that they could take $995 out of my account.

I decided the very next day to not go through with it. Something just didn't seem right. I called to let the company know and they had already taken out my money. I then asked how, why, and how I would get it back. The woman i spoke with then said that it was non-refundable! I was out-raged. No one ever mentioned those words,

I told her that, and she said they record all phone calls on a dvd. She said she would find my previous phone call and let me hear where they told me about $$$ being non-refundable. Regardless, I never heard from her or anyone else about the money and the convention.
