Word to the wise do not do business Dean Austin of Transferguru.com / Datacactus.com / Elite Purchasing Group aka Furnituredrive.com

It turns out he has several names after my legal counsel did some research on his company. Turns out he is using the name Dean Austin for his current business dealings because he ended up scamming a ton of people in the furniture business under his other name Dean A. Bardakjy which he is being sued for 120K.

Check for your self under google Dean A. Bardakjy. or copy and paste this link (((ROR redacted)))
I signed a reseller agreement with Dean Austin back in Dec of 2007 to receive a percentage of each sale I brought to the table. I managed to bring in several large clients that paid good money but I have yet to see a dime from him. One client in particular I'm owed in excess of $4100.00 alone + whatever he has not disclosed for earnings over the past 2 months. He claims the client charged back but when I called the client up he said he is still working with him. This client will be bringing in profit of at least $40-50K this year. The contract I signed with him is good for 2 years out so I can see his motivation for trying to blow this off he is looking at future earnings of 80K-100K on this one client.

Under the contract I absorbed costs to alter my website to cater to his business so not only have I not been paid commissions owed but was also screwed out of web development work I paid out of pocket up front. So essentially I paid money so this guy could profit and not fulfill his obligation of paying commissions on time. He's been telling me the check is in the mail and the wire is coming over for the past 3.5 months. After getting hold of his current lawsuit it sounds like I'm not the only one he's made excuses not to pay or reimburse.

I would not get involved in any business dealings with this con artist as an affiliate, reseller or consumer. This guy will take you on a ride even with a legally binding agreement. STAY AWAY!!

I've given him plenty of chances and time to settle up on commissions owed above. Everything is going to my legal counsel to collect on current and future profits.

#10 Consumer Suggestion

Don't jump the gun!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 14, 2008

I have been a reseller with transferguru for almost 4 months and have had ONLY positive experiences with this company! It really surprises me when people read something and ASSUME that what they read is the gospal. In the case of what was reported by another reseller on April 8TH, I do not know that reseller, but I can speak from my own experience with this company and they have been GREAT. My clients are very pleased with the leads(transfers), service and support that they have received, which in turn means I am overjoyed to be working with a company that does what they say they can do and more.

I am happy to see that Eric(gentleman who started the war of words) and Transferguru have come to an agreement, but I certainly encourage anyone to exhaust all avenues between the respective parties before they start posting negative things on the internet, as it effects all of us in business. Again, from my experiece and other resellers that I know who work with Mr. Austin and Transferguru I would like to say 2 thumbs up and keep up the incredible work.

Word to the wise, don't jump the gun and assume right or wrong doing, just ask for referrences like any potential employer or leassor will do and this will truly tell the quality of the person or business that you are looking into!

Our comment is that we are in the process of closing out the clients account and will be sending Mr. Oellerich the money he is owed. We are not in the business of keeping resellers profits as it is an integral part of our business.

I appreciate the fact that we were able to come to a resolution. And appreciate the extended offer to send funds for commissions owed. I look forward to my next report that I received commissions.

Satisfied reller

AUTHOR: Happy Reseller - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 11, 2008

I have been a reseller of Transferguru products for over 5 months and I am very satisfied with the quality of their technology and service. I have received extensive training from owner Dean Austin and he is always available to help me. I have gotten paid for every customer that I have brought on board. As long as the customer pays, I get paid. This gentleman must take his issues up with his customers if they are charging back and not take his frustration out on Transferguru.

BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO SETTLE AND CALL TRUCE !!!!!!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 11, 2008

This Posting is to let the public know that we have come to an agreement and have settled the issues at hand. Mr. Eric Oellerich with live-transfer-leads.com and live-prospects.com has commented in part to the claim

" Needless to say this has gotten a little out of hand and I am here to call a truce on both sides. Dean and I are both in the same industry and we enjoy what we do. It's just unfortunate that the profit sharing was not there. I'm throwing my towel in and letting him keep that $4100.00 that is owed for back commissions and chalk it off as a lesson learned in business.

Reseller tries extort money from our company - Transferguru.com/ Datacactus.com

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 10, 2008

the below emails are directly from Mr. Oellerich and live-transfer-leads.com, using extortion tactics to steal commission from our company. Keep in mind, this is after we have tried sending good faith payments. The particular client in question has rate adjustement's and data credits that we are still working to resolve. Obviously in sales, if there are any issues with a client, commissions are NOT paid until they are resolved.

Transferguru.com / Datacactus.com / False Allegations From Disgruntled Reseller

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 10, 2008

These allegations are completely false and unwarranted. We have over 50 resellers and we have a set structure from which our resellers conduct business. All of our resellers collect their own customers money. Mr. Eric Ollerich from live-transfer-leads.com wanted us to do all of the work ( Collect money and customer service ) for his accounts. We agreed to do in a trial basis as we explained to him, we have never done this before with our resellers. Needless to say, the account he brought on board turned out to have many issues with billing and data problems. We have been working around the clock to get the issue resolved as there are many figures that need to be adjusted. We explained this to Mr. Oellirich and he as acted like a child about the entire situation. We have attempted to send him 3 wires out of good faith until we resolve this billing issues which have bounced back from his bank.

As far as dredging up lies about company staff, this is completely unwarranted and has nothing to do with the issue at hand. We have a flawless track record and the references to back it up.

If you are interested in doing business with our company, please give us a call and we will provide you with as many references from small to large companies that have been using our service with absolutely no issues. If you are interested in becoming a reseller, we can also provide you with a list of our resellers if you would like to do your own due diligence.
