Transfirst, LLC Innovative Control Systems, ICS Transfirst is a RIPOFF!!! DO NOT FILL OUT THEIR CREDIT APPLICATION!!!! Aurora Colorado

I contacted Innovative Control System (ICS) back in October 2013 about getting pre-approved to utilize them for credit card processing because we were under contract to close on a car wash within 30 days. Unfortunately, the seller never closed. Now, I am getting hit for a charge on the 10^th of each month by Transfirst, LLC. who actually processes credit card transactions for ICS. Beginning on 12/10/13 for $11.95, 01/10/14 for $11.95 and again on 02/10/14 for $40.75. I contacted Transfirst and they told me I signed up with ICS http://www.icscarwashsystems.com back in October to process credit card transactions. I told Transfirst the only communication we had with ICS was a pre-approval process and never purchased the car wash because the seller would not close.

Transfirst told me they could not refund the money and I needed to contact ICS. I contacted ICS and spoke with Crystal who is the girl who took my pre-approval application back in October 2013 and she told me they could not refund my money even though I was very clear we never purchased the car wash and we never processed one credit card transaction through them.  I was very clear with her that I would contact her once we closed and had made a  decision on who we would select as our credit card processor.

I contacted my bank and my bank is reversing the charges. Stay away from TransFirst, LLC. and Innovative Control Systems!!!!
