In 2010, I applied for a TransFirst account to, as I was led to believe, qualify for an account. The form I filled out was an APPLICATION. Shortly thereafter, I had to evacuate the building due to permanent damage. Last month, in a snow storm, I found out that $24.95 had been taken out of my checking account when I was s****.>
