 I was renting at 50-105 Thorncliffe Pk Dr., East York, ON property of TransGlobe for 3 years, during those years i never missed a single month's rent. The problem with this company is you will be referred to people who never pick up their phone, never return calls and never care, they only want your money. My unit has no heat for 3 months in the middle of winter, they gave me a portable heater to heat my apartment, the floor has cracked and peeled off because of water leak from above floor and radiator, never been repaired till the day i moved out.
 Last January 25, 2011 i called up the TransGlobe office and informed them of my desire to vacate at the end of February 2011, with the request for a 5 day extension in March. The person i talked to was the rental portfolio manager, she said that since i did not give a 60 day notice they will charge me a 250$ early cancellation fee to be taken from my last month's deposit, and a pro-rated rent for the 5 day extension which was approved by the property manager itself, i agreed to such conditions, with hope that i may get some money back from my deposit, its not a lot only around 650$ to be refunded.
 But after 2months and numerous calls, no money has been sent back to me, and as per them, such arrangements was not in the policy, they charged me for the whole month of March when in fact i stayed only for 5 days, i was shocked, if only they told me that they gonna charge me for the whole month then i shouldn't asked for an extension in the first place.
 Now, i dont know if i will ever get my hard earned money back from this GREEDY INCOMPETENT company.
