I received a notice of eviction from the Landlord and Tenant Board despite having paid my rent in full and on time for the entire time of my tenancy.

The property management company did not provide proper notification to me as a tenant or provide me with a copy of documents detailing its actions against me as required by law and the Landlord and Tenant Board. This company has a long standing reputation of illegal tenant intimidation and there was a nation wide protest in June 2008 to demonstrate the frustrations of tenants across the country for a variety of issues.
